Enable Dark version of the Revived Hunter
After you press start, before you select new game, imput the following code. You will hear a confirmation sound if you do it correctly:
L1 x 3, R2 x 1
If you manage to find the Revived Hunter, he will be in his Dark Version, complete with Giga Crush!

Enable Ultimate Armour for X
After you press start, before you select new game, imput the following code. You will hear a confirmation sound if you do it correctly:
Left x 3, Right x 1
X will start off with the Ultimate Armour!

Start game with all powers
X,X,X,X,X,left,left,left,up,down,O
