Extra mode 1:
Go to the screen with "Start" and a picture of the car. Hold R + L, then press Right + B until a chime is heard. Alternately, select championship mode and win the beginner, middle, and high speed classes. An "Extra 1" option will now be unlocked at the main menu. Select it to race in mini-cars.
Extra mode 2:
Go to the screen with "Start" and a picture of the car. Hold R + L, then press Left + B until a chime is heard. Alternately, select championship mode and win all four classes. You must finish in first place in all races. This will unlock the Formula 1 cars under the "Extra 2" option at the main menu.
All tracks:
Go to the screen with "Start" and a picture of the car. Hold R + L, then press Up/Right + B button until a chime is heard.
All cars:
Go to the screen with "Start" and a picture of the car. Hold R + L, then press Up/Left + B button until a chime is heard.
All tune ups:
Go to the screen with "Start" and a picture of the car. Hold R + L, then press Down/Right + B button until a chime is heard.
View credits:
Go to the screen with "Start" and a picture of the car. Hold R + L, then press Up + B to view the ending credits.
Multiple Codes
Enter the following codes at the startup screen (where it says Press Start):
- To unlock the Indy Car Mode, Press and Hold L+R, then press Left on the D-
Pad, then press B. When you hear a sound press start and it will be unlocked.
- To unlock the Go Kart Mode, Press and Hold L+R, then press Right on the
D-Pad, then press B. When you hear a sound press start and it will be
unlocked.
- For all tuning parts, press and hold L+R then Down+Right (diagonal) then
press B.

Go to the option screen and go to 'Enter Password'

Formula 1 Mode
To access the Extra Formula 1 Mode, play through the championship mode and beat all four of the classes with a first place in each race. You will then get a new car after the last race, which is a Formula 1 race car. At the menu screen the Extra 2 option will now be available to you!
Hidden Go-Kart Mode
To access the Extra Go-Kart Mode play through the championship mode and beat the beginners, middle, and high-speed classes. You will get a new car after the last race you win, that is a go-kart. Go to the main menu, and the first option that was unlockable will say extra.
