Vila and Avgust Psychube Tips:

-=Vila=-
Her psychube, Dawn is Coming, is the best for her, but it is not
really necessary if you already have either Laughter and Laughter
(at amplification 5) or That Inquisitive Dear levelled.

TID is the best alternative, but LaL also matches if the battle
is long enough to get a proper benefit out of its stacking
(like in raids).

-=Avgust=-
He is versatile, so it kind of depends what direction you want
to take him in:

* For damage
Long Night Talk or the ever useful His Bounden Duty are good. Since
these two have higher-than-average attack boosts for psychubes, they
also help a small amount towards his healing.

* For Support
The same psychubes used for Vila can be used for Avgust, but purely so
for the healing percentage boosts. Otherwise, you could use Her Second
Life for the extra attack and ability to heal with his ultimate.

Ultimately, I would consider Her Second Life the best psuchube for him
in most cases, with His Bounden Duty as a good budget alternative if
you do not have anything else available due to another healer using
your other psychubes.
