New Siren, New Scanner, Recklessness Meter upgrade, Partner, & more
(there is no place to see these though; they are just 'enabled')

Grants you $420,000 Money for whatever it is good for


PROPER:
Lol, we are the undisputed World Heavy-Weight Champions of the Proper.

The -BLeH release was just a NFO file telling you to change a setting
in the game's .INI config file. It basically enabled some debug menu
that let you run a custom game, choosing any of the cars, tracks, etc.

The debug menu is neat, but we found a more complete and usable method.

This here is a real Unlocked SavedGame where you can play the real game
missions and see the actual stats of a Car before you select it. Our
file also unlocks content for the non-mission game modes as well
(such as the Race and Time Challenge modes of the Highway Patrol),
which BLeH's unfortunately did not.

INSTALLATION:
1. Always make a backup copy of your game file(s) first:
SaveGame.dat

2. UnRAR the archive to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!

3. Launch the game.

Content for "Highway Patrol" and Multiplayer modes will already be unlocked.

For the Duty Assignment, select that mode and then load the profile "TNT".
