As mentioned: All the changes are made via XML file. The point? I don't believe the developers are so stupid to release game with incomplete XML config Smile Unless publisher forced them.

It was downgraded for the consoles but in the spirit of maintaining the usual quality of their PC ports they never bothered removing the limits. One of the settings in the XML profile (DeferredFxQuality) is incorrectly set to "console" not "pc" even after configuring the settings in-game.

So it's not handicapped on purpose, the reason is the usual Ubi quality control, right?
