Every year, soccer enthusiasts are faced with the same dilemma: should they play FIFA or PES? Which game is the most enjoyable? This question will be slightly different in 2021, since Konami believed it would be a good idea to alter the franchise's name - a move that EA is reportedly considering as well. However, the primary question remains: is FIFA 22 better than eFootball 2022, or vice versa? Individual players are now better positioned to dictate the direction of a pass. eFootball 2022, unlike FIFA, has significant AI issues: players appear to turn off when you aren't managing them directly, making it difficult to catch a ball if it isn't put exactly on their feet.

Referees

Except for bugs, FIFA's referees have never shown evidence of unreliability. When you go for a sliding tackle in eFootball 2022, the officials whistle and award you a yellow card, just as in PES. On the other hand, the new L2 defensive command, which requires you just to use your body and make clean tackles, gives you unlimited freedom to do whatever you want.

Graphics

Last year, FIFA received a next-gen boost, FIFA 22 takes even more advantage of the PS5 and Xbox Series X's capability.
