XDA is recycling a real Intel finding, not a new 2026 hack: USB 3.0 data can spray radio noise into the same 2.4–2.5 GHz band used by Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Intel’s April 2012 white paper said that noise can come from a USB 3.0 port, cable, or drive and raise the noise floor when a wireless antenna sits close by.

Your microwave oven can break wifi, too. Sure, you won't be using this during extended periods and you PC will be away from it, but, yeah, it can.
Same with remote controls and DECT phones using the same frequency.
