So they’ve more or less said they’ve run out of money.
By selling an incomplete game, they are taking in cash to pay people and hopefully have enough for patches.
20 years ago this would be pulled. Today it’s acceptable to release ‘not fit for purpose’. EA is just as bad with some titles ‘The Bus’ is an utter shambles… |

There is a warning to not turn off your console, while this icon is shown.....on the PC! 
Controls are all over the place. Very cartoony though. It will be interesting once fixed. |
