I've backed this game since the beginning, and I haven't had to pay for updates. The only extra thing I bought was a ship upgrade.
The updates this year brought me back to the game and it has been a lot of fun to play. Unfortunately, there's nothing else in the genre that even remotely comes close (and yes, I have played Elite). |
