Alot of PC gamers are getting massive performance issues ranging from 1080ti all the way up to 4090, all have the same issues, its like random fps spikes, it makes flying nearly impossible to do for anything other than travel.

I had a similar issue but resolved it by using the latest version of nvngx_dlss.dll (2.5.1).

If it's not gfx related, then it might be Denuvo being a resource hog on some people's systems.
