a press release announcing that Monolith's horror action game
F.E.A.R. has gone gold, and will ship to stores around the world October 18. We'll also see a multiplayer demo (earlier SP demo) of the game later this month. F.E.A.R. has been rated "M" for Mature by

The game isn't only about graphics or physics. Considering how addicted I was to Monolith's NOLF2 and Tron, I guess FEAR is a game I've been longing for. Most people didn't really appreciate Freedom Fighters which was AMAZING, not a lot of people bought BeyondGood&Evil but I think of it as one of the BEST GAMES EVER! So no matter how others judge FEAR, it'll be great!
