useless.
Modern GPU won't even break from 2D state and raise clocks for browser, that's how powerful they are these days. And on low 2D clocks they use ~10-15W. The same amount of power IGP/APU would use anyway. Or close. |

Still doesn't change the facts.
139/405 are the clocks of my 1070Ti while typing this. And I don't have IGP or APU or anything like that. Like many users, especially now when everyone is buying Ryzen.
I can see this being useful on laptops, but, hey, laptop manufacturers ALREADY use this since, well, forever. They made their own drivers. |
