useless.
Modern GPU won't even break from 2D state and raise clocks for browser, that's how powerful they are these days. And on low 2D clocks they use ~10-15W. The same amount of power IGP/APU would use anyway. Or close.

A feature also requested by nVidia and AMD as I've read this in interviews and news stories over the years. Finally you will be able to separate and assign video cards to certain apps. And I'm sure we'll begin to see this being utilized/enhanced in our drivers in the future.

Still doesn't change the facts.
139/405 are the clocks of my 1070Ti while typing this. And I don't have IGP or APU or anything like that. Like many users, especially now when everyone is buying Ryzen.

I can see this being useful on laptops, but, hey, laptop manufacturers ALREADY use this since, well, forever. They made their own drivers.
