VG247.com reports that GTA V may very well slip to 2015. During this year's Gamescom, YouTube's HalcyonDeathSquad (who has also interviewed the Vice President of Sony Worldwide Europe for VG247) heard from a lot of publishers that the current-gen version of GTA V will be delayed to 2015.
