Earth: Year 2066 was not a good game. Sure, it was still an Early Access release but it was disturbingly bad even for that stage of release. It didn't help that the developer constantly deleted threads and posts from the Steam Community section for the game.

Fuck them. Let this be a lesson to them: you shouldn't give your money to people in return for nothing but promises. Hard lessons are always expensive.
