Why don't they buy a PC in the first place?
Or, perhaps it's all about the unfair advantage when playing against other who have controllers... |

I wouldn't say that, since STEAM promotes the Eggbox controller and highlights it against supported PC titles, which there seems to be loads, probably due to demand. Most modern- certain aged- PC gamers today use it rather than a KB & M.
Call of Duty: Ghosts (full controller support)

I even got Flashback and the complaints about poor controller support were crazy, like its a side scroller and works simple with KB and M- especially aiming. But no, the PC brigade of today complain.... |

| That's like buying a Volkswagen and putting an Audi steering wheel on it. |

No. Volkswagens are very functional, reliable and they're good at they doing what you expect them to be doing for a long, long time.
You see, adding proper comfort and control does turn a piece of junk into something great.
So. It's more like a Trabant with Mercedes comfort (leather heated seats, servos, power steering, GPS, etc.). |

Certain 'modern' age gamers? you mean NOOBS??? Like you?!? What kind of wacko fuck up says that? Oh, that guy.. ya. Mr Tech Buff. Pfft. I'd be more concerned anyway with keyboards with macro keys because then it 'would' be an unfair advantage especially if it works. I'd expect M$ will figure out a way to block unknown peripherals.
Anyhow, that's cool but I rather have a Steam box than a hunk of shit PS4 or Xbone. If/when I can tap into my Steam games (200+) it'll be sweet with game controller or keyboard and mouse. |
