It says "Running real time", so i expect it's rendered by the GPU and CPU?
I have the Integra 3 (5 core) Transformer Pad TF300T 32gb running JB and the TegraZone has games that are incredible detail and performance.
You can even play certain games with an XBox or PS3 pad, via blutooth.
Optimization is clearly a strong point.

Running, running, but how do you control this thing?
I tried Quake on a tablet but it was not worth a damn; you need a keyboard and a mouse...
Strategy and RPG games (especially turn-based ones) might be more successful than FPS.

And yes, you can put a mouse in the full size usb port.
As I said above, you can use a game pad via blue tooth or wireless, if the game supports it.
