| Well, yes, some people are morons. I don't know whether all of those people still on SP1 are morons however. Some might be using pirated software that don't get updates, some might be just less educated to know that they are supposed to get the updates, etc. |

| Could be driver issues on older PC's. Could be the only ones left are only a small number of people or workplaces even. |
