I used to love Valve more than any other company, but they have become too big and arrogant.
I had a problem with a game purchase and they did absolutely nothing to help me. They basically said that I'm SOL. They wouldn't fix the problem, give me a refund, nothing. And this was all by email because you cannot talk to a human in that company. |
