Probably it's not even worth pirating...
It's been a while since I've been in China, so I wonder what do they sell on the streets nowadays...

...I can't imagine why that still occurs Rolling Eyes

Only because you numbskulls as an industry have made it into a problem.. jeez you fucking retards. You want all connected and controlled well fucking deal with the problems you control freaks have manifested. It wasn't a big problem before.. and now it is... I just can't imagine why that is. DICE starting to sound like those Blizztard corp fuckwits (noticed they've jumped in bed with scampal for its micro transaction bullshit in Diabolic shit3)

It's part of our responsibility, but if that would magically go away, it'd be a good thing for the whole industry.

I'm sure it would, then you could get back to doing a half ass job on your next game, while knowing full well that most your customer base will carry on buying whatever shit you put out including DLCs. Its not like you'd put that time to use on making better toolkits and features in your games that actually gave fans a way of getting more out of the game they purchased.

why do they always MISS the POINT of the question? Question was not: "what is the biggest problem for PC gaming companies?" it was "what is the biggest problem for PC gaming?", there is a world of difference, gamer doesn't give a shit how much profit you make...The biggest problem for PC gaming are actually PC gaming companies.

Seriously Koogle you talk some shit, piracy has been a problem since the dawn of time on personal computers. Don't know how old you guys are but I remember having sheets of paper with jet set willy's anti piracy passwords on for the tape recording I made of a friends copy of the game way back when, then I went on to Amiga and got razor and skidrow cracked games, then on my various consoles like the game boy 50 in 1 cartridges you could get and modded PS1's and dreamcast boot disks. So yes it has always been a problem and it always will because some people just cannot afford to buy the games they want so they steal them, they wouldn't steal out of a shop but pirated games are much easier to get away with. Of course now I can afford to buy games so I do and its a much better experience.

No problem there, but you have to realize that these mechanisms were getting disruptive and intrusive lately - not mentioning privacy issues...
