I think litigators ought to inhabit a planet by themselves and leave a better world for the rest of us, although maybe that is too generous. A camp in the desert perhaps.

I wonder if they would have bothered starting a process if WB was a German company...
Other than that: it would not be the first, LOL. BSA itself uses stolen software...
