Anyone else thinking "same shit different day"? After the last couple of times they have done this do they really think people are silly enough to fall for it again?
In the words of the intrepid Bush Jr.
"fool me once, shame on ......... shame on you.................... It fool me you cant get fooled again."

Well said.
I will not forget their promises for 60fps on a Q6600 +8800GTX, like the Q6600 could do anything to help the graphics rendering. At the time we didn't know that of course, but if you get paid by Intel to say that it will run at 60fps on a Q6600, that's what you say and that's why you end up being a whore. Of course this statement was not completely false. They just didn't say at what resolution. Minor detail!
That being said, we did see a real time video footage of Cry Engine 3 running on an Evergreen card and it run pretty smooth. Of course we still don't know which Evergreen card that was, most propably it was the 5870X2 or 5990 or whatever they call it! It was clear that the monitor was at least a 22'' so that means 1680X1050 at least, so there's still hope....! |

another new engine that won't be max-able until directx 60 cards come out, so probably in a few years knowing MS. lol
Seriously though, why not fix the flaws in their crysis engine, that damn engine is so poorly coded its laughable. |
