| wont last long, its a fact that every time they say piracy will end someone cracks the latest addition of whatever is on the cd, this chip on the mother bored sounds like it could be bypassed somehow and someway. these chips shouldn't be installed on motherboards because i don't pay for this chip, i pay for game preformence, thats it. |

When i hear the name Atari, i feel respect. But when i read stupid announcements like this they can go to hell.
The most pirated games from now on are going to be Atari's games and i will laugh my heart out.
The industry must come to understand that piracy is life giving force for the PC. If somehow it stops, the PC is a goner. Of course i will stop my ultra expensive upgrades every year and ATI,Nvidia,Intel,AMD,Seagate, WD, Asus, can go fok themselves.
In order to not get me wrong, of course i buy 5-6 games per year. But only after i have played through and finished them, so i can decide if i liked it or not. In too many cases, games are utter crap and you can't just decide from the demo alone. |

| Hey i'm sure that "encryption chip" will affect my human rights ! i'll take Atari to the Hague and sue them for breach of my human rights. If a human encodes it then a human can crack it, simple (unless some aliens are working for Atari then we're screwed). |

Chop the hands off pirates -like they did with thieves in certain muslim states- then you'll stop piracy, since they wont be able to program or play! |
