It seems that 2007 is going to be a big year for PC gaming, so CVG sat down to pick their Top 10 Most Anticipated PC Games For 2007. They had a lot of trouble narrowing things down, so their Top 10 is actually a Top 12!

1. Crysis 2. Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars 3. Spore 4. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: S

This list doesn't match my interests at all.

1. Enemy Territory
2. Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
3. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl
4. Unreal Tournament 2007
5. Supreme Commander
6. Hellgate: London
7. Spore
8. Bioshock!
9. Crysis

I'm only including Crysis at the end cuz I really couldn't give a rats ass about a game that 'requires' me to spend lots of money to play the way it was 'meant to be played'. I don't play games or have interest in games I have to play medium or lower quality. I predict Crysis goes the same route as Farcry, hyped to hell, empty servers and bargain bin.

It's funny that more than half of the games on this list were first announced for 2006.

Well not much there that interests me so far.
Bioshock
Crysis
Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars
Enemy Territory Quake Wars

Originaly Allied Assault was one of my 'most wanted', but it's getting real bad reviews....most folks say it requires a 512mb card and it's really the way that OFP would look today -in other words nothing new.

Just picked up a whole load of stuff in the bargain bin (new) to keep me going -i couldn't care less if these games were 5minutes long, they cost me pennies!! Laughing
On PC:
Still Life
Quake 4
Prey

On PS2:
The Suffering: Ties that bind
Ace Combat: Squadron Leader

I guess by "the top 10 pc games to watch for" you mean "ignore the game that's going to be more popular then any game sold in 2007 and list the next top 10."

Here's a list of the best-selling modern PC games.
* World of Warcraft (8+ million)
* Warcraft III (7.6 million)
* Half-Life 2 (4 million)
* Guild Wars & Guild Wars Factions (2 million)
* Civilization IV (1 million)

WoW is on the borderline of nine million players and this BS list is going to list games like Half-Life 2, when the entire Valve franchise (HL, HL expansions, HL:S, HL2, HL2:E1) still stands behind WoW.

* World of Warcraft (8+ million)
* Half-Life (8 million)

And that doesn't even take into consideration that each of those 8+ million players pay $15/M. And here's the thing, while a lot of HL2 users are going to get Episode 2 (Episode 1 sales didn't match HL2 sales), anyone who is playing World of Warcraft this very moment is going to get the expansion immediately.

My list includes:

1. Beyond Good & Evil 2 (it's rumoured to be out this year)
2. Bioshock
3. STALKER
4. HL2 Ep2 + Portal (it just blows me away)
5. Halo2 (yeah, I like the Halo universe)
6. Crysis (yep, hardware is a problem)
7. Maybe GoW will be ported!
