Deep Silver has released

a new patch (241MB) for
Secret Files: Tunguska, bringing the international edition of this semi-3D point-and-click adventure game by Animation Arts and Fusionsphere Systems to version 1.02. The patch ing, a new cutscene-cinema feature, and a few hardware compatibility improvements.
