Looks like the market is going to go through another 'climate change' Rolling Eyes Jesus does no one learn from what happened a decade ago? Look how many graphics companies rolled over then; Diamond,3DFX,Matrox.....

So is it buy AMD and it will be fully supported *if* you buy ATI (or our new graphcs card)

Hell i love AMD -and have for the past 8years. But i like to make my choice with nVidia or ATI.
my last three cards to present, GeForce TI4600,Radeon 9800 Pro and GeForce 7800GT.

I'm an nVidia and Intel Fanboy so I don't think I will be effected, but I thought the same thing how is nVidia the only company that supports both Intel and AMD?

IMO ATI would be stupid to drop support for Intel unless Intel gets all mad and stops the support on their end Twisted Evil

Both of them will end up sinking. This was a really stupid idea...BTW.. I thought all company mergers had to be approved or something..?

er, well I guess this isn't a merger, more like a buy out, but still. This really is going to twist the market up.
