Is there any mods for this that shrinks the game down significantly?
I wish someone would make a DM mod where you can play on reasonably sized maps(CS sized) with no need for jets and copters and crap. I just can't play this game anymore, it's too F'ing huge, teams are always stacked and all you do is sit and die because someone at the helm ordered a bomb drop on spawn areas.. I used to rule in the old BF1942 but this one is so huge with so many vehicles and aircraft that some solo player like me has no chance in hell of having any fun what so ever.
Right now I play just more to keep "a point" secure and sheepishly take out anyone that comes around. It's the only game I really can say I camp in because as soon as you are in broad daylight some lame scoper in a mountain or bush takes you out, tank this or that. I tell ya though, it's nice to raise the frustration of a Clan when you got some stray target out there defeating your strategy single handedly... lmfao. |
