Wccftech is repeating VGC journalist Andy Robinson: because PS5 and Xbox prices keep climbing, Rockstar *might* ship Grand Theft Auto 6 on PC in under a year after consoles. That is podcast chatter, not a date from Rockstar or Take-Two.
