FYI, their contact system works in two steps: it first generates a unique Session messenger account (a secure, anonymous, decentralized messaging app) with a recovery phrase to create a disposable end-to-end encrypted channel. It then generates a Monero (XMR) donation amount of 400 XMR (about $165k), where the 12 digits after the decimal point serve as a unique mathematical identifier linked to the Session account.

Because Monero’s private blockchain fully obfuscates transaction amounts, only Cyberleek can detect the exact payment on the blockchain, extract the decimals, recalculate the corresponding Session ID, and initiate contact—no server-side storage of the ID is needed beforehand. The site itself is hosted in a highly resilient decentralized manner on Arweave (permanent immutable blockchain storage) and remains accessible via multiple http://ar.io network gateways, so taking down individual gateways has little effect.

Overall, the elegant client-side cryptographic design, combined with the avoidance of social media logs and the sophisticated use of privacy and decentralized technologies, points to genuine technical expertise rather than simple script-kiddie or social-engineering tactics.
