And still only lasts between 2-5 years before the inevitable slowdown and fail.

Is it a wonder that mechanical HDD are still loyally used, because of the recovery potential, longevity and not needing to be powered to maintain data

Meanwhile, consumers can't get SSD's or HDD's and waht they can get costs insanity amounts. Thanks, Micron. Very cool you shut down yoru consumer RAM brand too.
