I don't give a damn about Windows 11, but.
They are all aware that above ~120 Hz, it makes no difference to the human eye, right?
Most people observe fluid motion above 30-40Hz with slow motion, at 75-80Hz with fast motion and stop observing screen vibration entirely around 120Hz.
