Incoming Xbox CEO Asha Sharma was active on social media following last week's bombshell announcement that she would be replacing Phil Spencer. She listed a few gaming bona fides such as her three favorites being Halo, Valheim, and GoldenEye.

She won't convince anyone with those titles.
I bet someone (or a team) - with equally zero gaming experience - looked up those names, game them to her to call out.
Prolly the same people are working on her social media feeds, too.
I don't doubt she's smart.
However, I think you'd need a person there who actually built at least one major title before, not someone who can name tree mediocre titles what are not even for the PC!
