How's that law going to work exactly? I mean. Don't two parties have to live in America? Can a kid from Toronto, Ontario e-mail the D.O.D. and tell them that another Kid, living in New York City, New York, called him "a cheating fagged who likes to suck enormous amount of dick". Would that land the US kid in prison?

I bet you that Bush loaded his MSN with plugins and added some dudette to have some 'online wankin' chat' and then the dudette insulted him and he demanded her name and such and she said nooooooooooooooo and blocked him. Now, whenever someone does that he can call up D.O.D. give them the e-mail that blocked them. D.O.D. will then e-mail them to identify themselves. D.O.D. then tells bush who they are. Fortunately I don't have a total Moron named Bush running my country... In Canada I can do as I like. It's called freedom of speech. We don't remove that from our countrymen and we don't chase anyone online because of a tiff.
