stalker Mp isnt worth the buy alone, but the SP is great i recommend this game

So what exactly do you like about the SP? Can you elaborate? I personally find the game mediocre and bordering on boring. I think like the beta, MP stinks. Maybe in time I will appreciate the game but right now, nah, better things to play right now.

its like oblivion but with guns, and little more restrictive, i like games with the end of the world type of story.
i like the gun fighting with the army then go after bandits, and if you like getting scared theres allot of areas with ghost mutants, i havnt finished the game id say im about 40-50% done and i like what i see they could have added lots more, like side missions with better awards or give you your own team after you completed more of the game

but the good thing about this game is it can be modded changed to whatever anyone wants it to be..

the game could have been worse, the story isn't that bad lots to shoot at.
the MP i cant even get on a server and im not sure if theres a coop mode but that be great.

what did everyone else think?

I decided to get right into the game and play SP over the weekend and I must say that I'm totally addicted to it.
The Oblivion comparison is true, but the atmosphere is a little more convincing in this game even though the graphics aren't quite as detailed; my main gripe being those opaque conifer tree's that look like they're made out of plastic, but otherwise the game feels and plays fantastic.

The trader needs to sell more interesting items and ammo, but there is already a mod out that tweaks that.
Now.. once I finish SP, they had better sort out the MP net code in-time for the SDK and some good mods to start circulating.
