Chinese maker FEVM is selling a 2.6-liter mini PC that pairs a desktop Ryzen 9 9950X3D with a 24GB RTX 5090 laptop GPU. The AMD box is the FA80G; an Intel twin is the FN80G. That GPU is the mobile 5090, not a full desktop card, and FEVM rates it at up to 150W.
