Ziggurat Interactive ha announced Sanitarium Enhanced, a modernized and improved version of DreamForge Intertainment’s award-winning 1998 cult horror adventure game. It will launch for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG in 2026.

Talk about scrapping the barrel… stick widescreen and a controller on it and you can sell anything. Oh and a hint screen for the 90% of the generation that can’t progress after 2 minutes.
Why bother. I mean how many on steam were even born when we were playing VGA/SVGA… They even have a cheek to call them ‘pixel art games’. Ffs
