A lightweight open-source utility called RootCertUpdater helps update outdated root certificates on Windows systems from XP to 11.

The standalone tool is written in AutoIt and requires no PowerShell or .NET Framework.

It downloads the official Microsoft certificate trust lists (authroot.stl and disallowedcert.stl...

This is a welcome tool, those pesky certs prevent usage.
I don't need it for Windows 10 yet, but I imagine 3 years from now I might...
