In response to some negative reactions to the inclusion of StarForce copy protection in the recent
SpellForce 2 demo, s along a clarification (thanks
BluesNews) that although the demo features StarForce, the North American release of the game will incorporate some other form of copy-protection:

| Hahaha well that's a good choice. Now more developers have to realize people wont put up with Starforce. There is protecting your game and then there is going overboard on protecting your game. I might actually consider this title now that it has the lamest protection scheme removed. Maybe if they are even more smart, they will remove Starforce from their demo and re-release it. |
