An indie developer says over 55,000 players refunded his co-op rowing game Paddle Paddle Paddle after finishing it too fast. Many beat the game in under two hours and used Steam's refund policy, which allows returns within 14 days if playtime stays below that limit. The game still holds a uot;Very Positiveuot; 90%
