I have not been in Best Buy or bought anything from Best Buy for about 17 years now, lol
Avoid as fire and find a responsible retailer. |

Because that’s where he bought product from.(his contract) FedEx gets charged by best buy for the loss. Same as Amazon.
30 years with Amazon and they instantly refund anything that we have had ‘mislaid’ not delivered or tampered with by delivery drivers.
That’s why they have signed for, photos of delivery and tracking of the trucks/parcels.
100% normal |

If they have invoice showing they've sent the goods, they are in clear, the shipping company is not. Amazon payed the price it needed to eliminate competition and take over the whole market. Just because they did something doesn't mean everyone must do that. |

You’re not reading or listening correctly.
YOUR contract is with the seller ok
They have a contract with the delivery firm.
If the delivery firm screw up, then the delivery firm is held accountable by the seller. Since the goods never reached you. It’s still under the seller.
So obvious. Know your rights.
Amazon are a seller of other people’s goods and their own.
The have a contract with multiple delivery firms.
If you use 3rd party buying on Amazon, then your dispute is DIRECTLY with the seller. If you buy ‘fulfilled by Amazon’ (prime) the description speaks for itself.
They honour the contract on both ends.
If the goods are damaged then Amazon will refund you, and arrange for free return. (Prime)
If the goods don’t make it to you, they can track EVERY delivery that leaves their depots. There are barcodes on all their parcels and numbers.
If you want to be the idiot, then buy third party and deal with the seller.
This case the driver was caught stealing and it’s an open and shut case.
You have an unnatural attitude towards Amazon, which have normal sellers on it by the millions. Amazon is no different from eBay.. same as steam
