Microsoft has fixed a bug in Windows Autopatch that ignored IT administrator rules.
The glitch let restricted driver updates install automatically on a small number of EU Windows 11 devices running versions 23H2, 24H2, and 25H2.
This caused surprise restarts and occasional crashes for some users.
