Cybersecurity researcher @UK_Daniel_Card demonstrated that Google Chrome's saved passwords can be extracted and decrypted by standard userland processes on a normal Windows 11 domain account, without elevated privileges. Chrome stores credentials in an SQLite uot;Login Datauot; file, with the master AES key
