I recently heard about Chintamanis North Avenue Plots in Sector 3 Badsa and wanted to get some honest feedback. The project is being discussed as an affordable plotted option near Gurgaon, but I want to understand the real situation on the ground.
From what I see, Badsa is still developing, but connectivity through KMP Expressway and nearby routes looks promising. Also, plotted developments seem to be gaining demand in such areas.
Before considering anything, I want to be sure about:
Legal approvals and documentation
Actual site development
Future growth potential
If anyone here has experience with Chintamanis plots or similar projects in Badsa, please share your views. |
