I kinda enjoyed DooM 2016 and Eternal, while also being quite annoyed by some of the "platformer jump grab mechanics" or the really useless punch. (I know the discussions around it...)
While watching this video I cannot feel other then being an asset for the game.
Dudes, wtf?! Don't "engineer" how I play the game. Really, it starts to f*ck me up.
Since when do devs think of the player as something that needs to be "shaped" to fit their intended play-style.
I wanna slay, rip off heads, shot that ugly demon right in his face and have fun.
Piss off with all those "helpful" hints about how I "should" aka "can" play the game, because at some point I will just scrap all that and not play it, because it is no longer fun for me. |
