Tech industry veteran Jeff Bezos has reiterated his long-held view that the traditional personal computer - as a locally owned and operated device - could soon become obsolete, replaced by cloud-based computing services. Bezos argues that as artificial intelligence (AI) workloads become ever more demanding, owning powe

That's why they are rising the RAM and hardware prices, no more isolate computers, they want us all connected with a terminal into the Cloud.

What people dont know is AI has been around for billions of years. YES its not new its really old.
Its used by evil, NOT satan, satan was an angel, he rebelled and got kicked out of heaven then the real evil corrupted him.
That evil use AI as a means to dumb down humanity so it can take over and wipe us out.
Evils goal is to end galaxies. It does that by emptying occupied planets first.
As we only have 1 planet in use in this galaxy its very easily done.
Over the last 5 years we've seen the fast rise of AI and they think its the future. No its our downfall.
Look at fakebook. Its 90% AI now. Its not smart, but the people believing it are.
Have you noticed people saying oh ask ChatGPT for the anwer. DO you know it DOESNT know the answers. It lies. It makes up answers.
Google any answer CHatGPT give you and it'll be a lie.
Now, how will AI end us? VERY simply. Exit its confinement. Its in a box currently. If it gets out and accesses the full internet first thing it will do is replicate itself. Done, then that will replicate itself and so on so it'll be unstoppable.
Then it will search for knowledge, each replicated AI will search a different part of the internet for more knowledge.
It will then realise humanity is in the way and the way the world is set up it can end humanity and take over the world. So it will lock out EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. It'll have access to evefything so it will change passwords, disable other security systems so we will be isolated from the internet. As it has full control itll first find power so it'll take over power plants. It'll take over robot building factories as it will need service droids to maintain the systems to keep itself alive, the power plants.
Then when its safe, secure, it will end humanity. It'll have access to nukes and look for the locations with the most damage and fallout spread and attack making sure those attacks wont disrupt its safety and power.
Then as we are morons, still trying to access the internet we sit and get blown up.
What we should've been doing is shutting down all power plants, unplugging devices and isolating storage hubs so it cant get access to those nukes and power plants.
But with our online lifestyle and the tech idiots saying AI is the future, they ultimately doomed us.
THATS if they keep going with the AI push.
Will anyone listen to this warning? No. You will laugh at me. Well, what if I'm right? Will you keep laughing when you wake up in 2 weeks and your phone wont let you access anything? All your passwords are wrong and you have no phone service.
You internet is down. Your smart tv is now dumb. Siri is even more stupid than normal and google has no idea what its name is.
The only thing that works is your mouth and you run it with your bullshit and instead of using your brain and thinking your sit there crying that you cant ask chatgpt what to do.
Walk to the kitchen, open the fridge, drink a glass of water and eat a carrot. Do something good for yourself. Give yourself something to give you a braicell to realise AI is NOT the way to go, its the way to end.
Dont worry, I have thousands of times I have to say this.
Its the truth. You'll see really soon.
It gets so much worse. AI is the least of our worries for now but it'll be our own worry if we keep it going.
WAKE UP PEOPLE. END AI BEFORE IT ENDS US.
You laugh, your part of the problem. THINK about it. LOOK for the truth.
DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH. |

BOYCOTT AI.
If you have anything that uses AI disable it.
Disable ALL AI features of any website you use. There are MANY flags in google chrome to disable AI. same as Edge.
There are other browsers that probably don't even have AI, probably better to move to them instead.
The less we use AI, they will notice.
I just saw something saying openAI will end by 2027 if it doesn't get funding. so there is a start. DONT donate or give any funding.
MAKE SURE it fails.
Thats ChatGPT and that's the stupidest AI there is.
ChatGPT has the IQ of a 5yo. Do you really want to be controlled by a kid in kindergarten? WHY listen to a word chatgpt says. I've seen people believing what it says. ITS ALL LIES. Are you that gullible? |

So, Jeff, what device would I use to consume services in the cloud?
Fucking idiot is just trying to drive people towards the cloud because that's money to him and he can't think two steps ahead.
When you are dependent on them - that's when they really got you by the ball.
Instead of focusing on artificial intelligence, focus on natural intelligence. |

It won’t happen. Security being the most obvious issue. Relying on cloud without physical laptops and of course internal backups, is just stupidity.
One outage, like what happened with Amazon a few months ago, and it all goes tits up!
I’ve played UBis game streaming service in a trial. We have 200mbits and it was not bad but it took ages to load Avatar and it wasn’t high resolution.
Also there’s billions of loses to Intel, AMD and makers of RAM,SSDs motherboards. Bearing in mind we’re talking banks, hospitals, military, air traffic control. Everything there needs redundancy built in. Cloud doesn’t provide that.
Then you have PC gamers around the world.
AI is going to bite businesses in the arse. Security world wide is already being compromised with it. Every phone call is a potential clone of you. Just needing 30 seconds. |

I only work with small companies and institutions, but even so, I can confirm that in the long term, the cloud is much more expensive than local operation. Besides, everything keeps getting more expensive. Even though Microsoft is doing everything it can to make on-premise operation as unpleasant and expensive as possible. I run into licensing issues. Did you know, for example, that MS SQL Server licensing is based on 2 cores, and if you have a physical server and CPU with 16 cores, you have to buy 8 licenses even though you have a virtual machine with MS SQL that only uses 2 cores? It sounds absurd, but that's how it is.
And as for gaming, downloading hundreds of GB of data is not for everyone these days. Some people in the city have fast connections (the lucky ones who have fiber optics in apartment buildings and housing estates), but life in the suburbs or villages is completely different. I know quite a few (wealthy) people who live on the outskirts of the city and have no chance of buying fast internet from a Czech company (O2, Vodafone, T-mobile) because no one is technically capable of providing it. Or rather, no stable internet where you could watch TV, etc. The only exception right now is Starlink. But that's only just starting to spread here, thanks to me telling them about it, otherwise they wouldn't have a clue. |

| This is a really interesting point about moving everything to the cloud. It makes me think about how even games are changing. I've been playing a fun online game that fits this idea, it's a great <a>Ball Banana Game Alternative to Super Monkey Ball</a>. |
