Why are they even evaluating these cards when these clearly can't deliver 4k performance?

Once again, he's full of it. There are videos of 5060ti 8gb, never have I've seen it lack vram except when pushed to do something it wasn't made to do. In one review, 5060 Ti 16 and 8 are equal, except in some cases 5060Ti 8gb is a bit faster.
If you are looking for a mid range card to push 4K on ultra - you are a moron.
