Ubisoft sent out

a press release oficially announcing that the fourth installment in the Splinter Cell series will officially be called

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent. The game will be available Spring 2006 for the PC, Xbox, PS2, GC and Xbox 360.
