It’s nothing new. Put it this way, most get a ‘free game’ with YouTube.
“Don’t know what to do, youtube-it”. It’s no difference. A lot of gamers are pretty dumb and can’t be arsed problem solving anything.
The other thing is, devs can be pretty dumb individuals as well. Present you a game with no tutorial or prompts and expect you to know what to do, because they already do. It’s them being insular due to too much social media/working from home/no demo or feedback and not enough face-to-face.

I see it daily. The fact that more of them live on discord is enough of a reason to see we have a problem. Ask them a question about their game and 9 times out of 10 someone else will answer it and the dev *wont*. I would rather get a hint from AI than waiting on a poxy ignorant dev.
