It's that they are in cahoots with the GPU vendors. |

The PS5 only has 16 GB unified RAM capacity, but the reason it can get away with it is because of its internal storage speed/textures streaming IO capabilities.
Which brings me to the question... Is Forspoken utilizing DirectStorage?
Initially I thought not, but after a quick Google search I found out that it apparently does...
I would have thought this would be enough to bring down the RAM requirement for computers using an NVMe. Weird  |
