Those MB prices are crazy, I won't be building a next gen PC in any hurry. I'm still rocking an old i5-9600k with 32GBb of RAM and a RTX 3070.

I did not see any benchmarks in there.

Anyway, I am still on an i4790K with 32GB RAM and a 1070GTX here.
I don't feel the need to upgrade at all.
I can play every game coming out today.
If it ever comes to up upgrade, I guess I will be buying used hardware from the rich guys that would just throw them away.
These prices are nonsense.
Plus, the electricity bill that follows, lol
