Looks like an 8bit game - Fade To Black from DOS comes to mind.
An idiot, at it again: a colour depth of 32bit does not make a game a 32bit game.
DOS was 8 bit code.
Windows 95 was 8 bits with some 16 bit code.
Windows 98 was 16 bits with some 32 bits and still some 8 bit code.
Windows 98SE was 32 bits with some 16 and 8 bit code left.
Windows XP was 32 bits almost entirely, there was some 16bit code left.
Colour depth had nothing to do with it - you could have 16 and 24bits graphics already on 8 bit code, although it was rubbish.
Catch my drift? |
